These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Shelfy (“Shelfy”, “we”) website and services. By accessing or using the site or services, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
Shelfy is a retail-intelligence platform that organizes and analyzes pricing, financing, stock, and product-presence information drawn from publicly available sources, for use by commercial and marketing teams.
If you are granted access to the platform, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
The site, software, trademarks, designs, and content are owned by Shelfy or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted over them other than the limited right to use them in accordance with these terms and the service agreement.
Information is obtained from publicly accessible sources and is provided “as is.” While we aim for accuracy and timeliness, we do not warrant that the information is error-free or that the service will be available without interruption.
Commercial conditions — including pricing, scope, and term — are governed by the service agreement signed with each client. In the event of any conflict, that agreement prevails.
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shelfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the site or services.
You agree to hold Shelfy harmless against third-party claims arising from misuse of the site or services or from your breach of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services in the event of a breach of these terms, without prejudice to the provisions of the service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the current version on this page, indicating its update date.

These terms are general. The definitive contractual conditions applicable to clients with a contracted service are those of the corresponding service agreement.
